This policy is a work in progress and will be finalized before launch. ■ Information we collect The name, email address, phone number (optional), company (optional) and message you submit through the inquiry form, plus technical information processed at submission time (for example a hash of the connection source, used only for abuse prevention). ■ How we use it To respond to your inquiry, to consider and communicate about a domain transaction, and to prevent abuse and spam. ■ Retention and sharing We retain the information for as long as needed to handle your inquiry. We do not share it with third parties without your consent except where required by law. Where necessary to carry out a transaction, we may engage payment or brokerage providers as processors. If a sale is finalized, payment and domain transfer are carried out on GoDaddy / Afternic's external service, and your information may be handled by GoDaddy / Afternic to the extent necessary for that process. ■ Contact A contact point for questions about this policy will be stated before launch.
